Dental 3D lab

Dental 3D printing in Mexico — without buying a printer

We manufacture your case with a 100% digital workflow: we receive your intraoral scan, design in CAD and produce with dental 3D printing and precision milling. You focus on patients; we are your digital laboratory.

Looking for a dental 3D printer? Consider this first

A chairside dental 3D printer involves more than the machine: certified resins, washing and curing units, calibration, maintenance, CAD software and a real learning curve. For most clinics with moderate volume, partnering with a dental 3D lab is more profitable: you pay per finished restoration with laboratory-grade quality, zero upfront investment.

  • No equipment investment: we operate lab-grade printers and mills.
  • Certified materials: multilayer zirconia, e.max, PMMA and dental resins.
  • Consistent quality: piece-by-piece QC, sintering, staining and glazing included.
  • Real scale: production capacity above 100 units per day.

Our dental 3D printing workflow

  1. We receive your case: intraoral scan (STL from 3Shape, Medit, iTero and compatible) or physical impression.
  2. CAD design: occlusion, contact points and morphology calibrated by specialized technicians.
  3. Manufacturing: 3D printing of models and provisionals; zirconia and e.max milling.
  4. Finishing: sintering, characterization, glazing and quality control.
  5. Delivery: we coordinate shipping to your clinic.

Frequently asked questions

What is dental 3D printing?
It is the fabrication of dental restorations and appliances (working models, provisionals, surgical guides, splints) from a digital file, layer by layer, using certified resins and precision technology. At 3DigitaLab we combine it with CAD/CAM milling of zirconia and e.max to cover the complete case.
Should I buy a dental 3D printer or partner with a digital lab?
It depends on your volume. A dental printer requires investment in equipment, certified resins, washing/curing units, maintenance and a learning curve. If your clinic does not print daily, sending your intraoral scan to a digital lab is usually more cost-effective: you pay per finished piece, with lab-grade quality control and no capital tied up.
Which materials do you work with?
Multilayer and monolithic zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), PMMA for provisionals and try-ins (including All-on-4 and All-on-6), and resins for working models.
How do I send you my digital case?
Place your order online with our assistant and attach the STL file from your intraoral scanner (3Shape, Medit, iTero and compatible), photos or the order as PDF. We also receive physical impressions and digitize them in-house.
What is your turnaround time?
A typical single-unit case takes a few business days depending on the type of work and production schedule; you set your required date when placing the order and we confirm it. Rush production is available subject to capacity.
Do you work with dentists across Mexico and abroad?
Yes. Our workflow is 100% digital: we receive scans from any city and coordinate delivery of the finished restorations to your clinic.
